Haleem

Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms mutton
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • five tablespoon urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon purple chilli powder
  • 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • half cup cashews
  • half teaspoon peppercorns
  • half cup ghee
  • half cup mint
  • water as required
  • three tablespoon yellow moong dal
  • 2 cup damaged wheat (dalia)
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • five tablespoon chana dal
  • 1/four teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 6 inexperienced chilli
  • three tablespoon toor daal
  • salt as required

  • 2 lemon wedges

How to make Hyderabadi Haleem
