Malayali Association of Perth (MAP) is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation, located in Perth, Western Australia. It was established in 2007 to support the Malayali community, through various cultural, recreational and social activities. MAP celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2017 People hailing from the state of Kerala in India are referred to as Malayalis, the name originating from their mother tongue Malayalam. Kerala is the first state in India to achieve 100% literacy. Keralities are spread across all nations.
