God Rama Idol

The idol of Ram Lalla has been unanimously chosen by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Committee in advance of the grand consecration ceremony scheduled for January 22. The bow and arrow that are part of the decoration on the Ram Lalla idol represent Lord Ram in his childlike form.

“The trust meeting concerned the idol selection for the Ram temple, and the procedure was finished,”

Features and details of Ram Lalla idol

Ram Lalla’s idol is striking to behold, with eyes like lotus petals, a moonlit radiant face, long arms that reach the knees, a smile on the lips, and an aura that is fundamentally divinely simple.

The amazing 51-inch idol was created by three carefully chosen artisans. Two sections are composed of white marble and the other is made of Shyam Shila stone from Karnataka. Experts had carefully inspected the stones before they were created.

These idols were made with longevity in mind, and it is anticipated that they will not require maintenance for another millennium.

An extensive examination based on predetermined criteria will be performed on the selected idol prior to the official announcement.

Comparisons with the portrayals of Lord Ram in the Valmiki Ramayana and the Ramcharitmanas are part of this examination. Additionally, the idols will be examined for any effects that may result from the use of incense, sandalwood, turmeric, and other worship materials.
