Bakshalu ( Puran Poli )

Ingredients:

  • Sugar or Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Bengal Gram – 1 cup
  • Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Ghee

Steps to Make Bakshalu :

Take wheat flour add salad and make it as a chapati flour by adding water. Take a bowl pour 2 cups water is it put it on stove add Bengal gram after boiling add jiggery to it. And mix it in a mixy.

Now take wet wheat flour make that as chapathi take mix of Bengal gram and jiggery put it on the chapatti and close it, make a round, and make it again as chapathi. Take a pan and bake it two sides.
