Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken: 750 gms
  • Chopped spring onions: 1 cup
  • Garlic pieces : 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 spoon
  • Lemon : 1
  • Chopped green chillis: 4 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder: 1 spoon
  • Water: required
  • Salt : to taste
  • Coriander leaves :garnish
  • Curry leaves
  • Ajinamoto : ½ smallspoon
  • Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Soya sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • Oil : to deep fry

marination

  • Corn flour: 100 gms
  • Wheat flour (maida) : 150 gms
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce: 1 tablespoons
  • Ajinamoto: 1 small spoon
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 2

Preparation:

  1. First part is marinated chicken before 3-4 hours.
  2. Procedure for marinated chicken ,in a bowl combine the corn flour, wheat flour, soya sauce, eggs, red chilli powder ,green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, food color until well mixed. Then put chicken and apply this marinated.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
    Now in a separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste,chopped garlic,curry leaves,salt, chopped green chilies,fry few minutes and add water,soya sauce,tomato sauce,ajinamoto,red chillli powder,salt,food color, and dee fry chicken fry 15 minutes and turn off the gas
  4. Serve chinese chili chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion and lemon juice tops.
