The Swaminarayan Sampradaya is a Hindu sect established by Bhagwan Swaminarayan in the late 18th century. Swaminarayan temples, known as mandirs, are dedicated to the worship of Lord Swaminarayan and promote principles of spirituality, morality, and community service. The International Swaminarayan Satsang Organization (ISSO) is one of the many organizations that represent the Swaminarayan Sampradaya and work towards spreading its teachings.
