Sri Sri Gour Nitai Mandir is a temple dedicated to Lord Gauranga (Gour) and Lord Nitai. Gouranga is another name for Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who is considered an incarnation of Lord Krishna and is revered as a prominent saint and preacher in the Gaudiya Vaishnavism tradition. Lord Nitai refers to Lord Nityananda, who is considered an expansion of Lord Balarama and is also an important figure in Gaudiya Vaishnavism.
