Keerthanna Jothiraman embarked on her dance journey with Bharatanatyam at the tender age of 5. At the age of 8, she was introduced to the art of Kuchipudi by the late Guru Smt. Chitti Durga Devi, a senior disciple of Guru Vempati Chinna Sathyam and the director of Nartana Dance School. Keerthanna’s exploration of this art, including the nuances of abhinaya, has been under the expert guidance of Acharya Dr. Sathyapriya. She has showcased her talents in numerous dance dramas, including productions like “Gangavatharanam,” “Sri Krishna Parijatham,” and “Shivoham.” With over two decades of experience in performing Kuchipudi, Keerthanna has earned prestigious titles such as ‘NATYA KALA POORNA’ and ‘SWARNA MAYURI’ in recognition of her mastery in this graceful dance form.
