Established in 2012, AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the six AIIMS institutes established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Established by an Act of Parliament, it is a Medical Research public university as well as a Medical college offering Medical Education, Nursing, and Paramedical training to students.
