Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara is governed by an Autonomous Society which has been registered under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registration Act on 3rd November 2017.
The autonomous society of governed by its Executive Committee and General Body. The Executive Committee of this autonomous society is headed by Commissioner Jabalpur Division. Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara will be headed by Dean, who will be Member Secretary for the Autonomous Society.
Government of Madhya Pradesh will monitor it through Additional Chief Secretary Medical Education, Commissioner Medical Education and Director Medical Education Grants for salary, running of the hospital will be provided by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
