Set to open in Pasadena, California, in July of 2020, the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine will offer more than a conventional medical education. It will give students access to the people, data, and technology of one of the nation’s highest-performing health care organizations and the unique opportunity to learn from the physicians of the Permanente medical group.
Students will get:
• A future-facing education
• Clinical experience from day one
• Advanced team training
• Training from Permanente Medical Group physicians
The Permanente medicine approach, coupled with our deep commitment to inclusion, will better prepare our graduates to face the challenges of the future and to care for patients from our nation’s diverse communities.
