Maharajah’s Institute of Medical Sciences sponsored by Sri Rama Educational Trust was established in the year 2003 at Nellimarla, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh. Before starting this college, not only from Vizianagaram district but also from the surrounding districts people were not having proper medical facilities for their health problems and medical education for their children.
