Establishment of the Association: The Tamil Senior Citizens Association (TSCA) was established in 1991, with a membership of just 27 seniors. In 2015, in its twenty fifth year, it has an active membership of over 800 seniors. Membership is open to any citizen or permanent resident of Australia, who is a resident of New South Wales and is of or above a certain age.
