8th Day : Vennamuddala Bathukamma
- Eight-day of the Bathukamma festival falls on Saptami or the 7th day of Ashwayuja Masam. On this present day, we provide – nuvvulu this is sesame seeds, Venna – butter or ghee, and jaggery
9th Day: Saddula Bathukamma
- The 9th and very last day of bathukamma is well known on Ashtami or at the eight-day of Ashwayuja Masam and coincides with Durgashtami.
- On this present day, we prepare dinner 5 varieties of cooked rice dishes, particularly perugannam saddi that’s curd rice, chinthapandu pulihora saddi that’s tamarind rice, nimmakaya saddi or lemon rice that’s normally prepared, kobbari saddi or coconut rice, and nuvvula saddi that’s sesame rice.
