Khajur Barfi

1. Take cashew nuts and grind them into a fine powder.
2. Boil the required amount of water in a non-stick pan.
3. Add sugar and saffron to the mixture and boil till the syrup thickens.
4. Now add cardamom powder to the mixture and stir well.
5. Add cashew nut powder to the mixture, and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Spread the mixture onto a thali and let it cool to room temperature.
7. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and spread a little.
8. Spread the mixture into a tray, garnish with silver varq and let it set on the mixture.
9. Cut into shapes and serve.

Instant Kaju Katli

1. Use a blender to combine milk and cashews into a fine paste.
2. Combine paste and sugar; simmer, stirring often, over low heat until the sugar dissolves; then, bring to a boil.
3. Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture leaves the pan’s sides and transforms into a paste that resembles dough.
4.After it has cooled enough to handle, remove it from the heat and roll it with an oiled rolling pin onto a greased surface (roll before it cools).
5.Roll to a thickness of 1/4 cm / 1/8 in.
6.After cooling, cover with the silver leaf and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
