Kerala Paal Payasam

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kerala uncooked rice unakkalari
- 1 litre complete cream milk four cups
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/four cup sugar
- 1/four tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Take 1/2 cup uncooked rice , rinse it properly and hold aside. I used damaged unakkalari
- Take the uncooked rice in a stress cooker, upload 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup water.
- Add sugar, supply a short blend and hold the stress cooker and activate the flame…Keep in medium flame.
- When the steam begins offevolved coming out, placed the stress cooker weight and prepare dinner dinner for 1 whistle. Once stress releases open and upload cardamom powder.
- Once stress releases, open and upload the ultimate 2 cups of milk and simmer in low flame for at the least 20mins and prepare dinner dinner until it thickens and the payasam is cream and the colour is faded pink.
- Serve Kerala Paal Payasam hot / cold.
