Mirchi Masala

Ingredients:

  • Long green chillis : 1/2 kg
  • Onions : 2
  • Tamarind juice : 1 cup
  • Jaggry : 20 gms
  • Coriander leaves: ½ cup
  • Curry leaves : 10
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : 6 table spoon
Masala to grind
  • Pappy seeds: 3 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds :3 teaspoon
  • Peanuts : 25 gms
  • Fenugreek seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cashew nut : 15 gms
  • Dry coconut : 25 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves : ½ cup
  • Salt : to taste
  • Jeera : 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder : 1 small spoon
  • Water : little bit
  • garam masala,make powder:
  • Cloves : 6
  • Cinnamon stick : 4
  • Elaichi : 6
  • Shah jeera : 1 spoon
Preparation: 
  • Heat a pan fry one by one peanuts, pappy seeds, and sesame seeds.
  • Then Dee fries the onions.
  • Peanuts, pappy seeds, sesame seeds, Dee fry onions, cashew nuts, dry coconuts, Fenugreek seeds, shah jeera and add some water grind them to paste.
  • In these paste add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and add little water grind them to paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan add green chillis, curry leaves close the lid and fry 10 mints.
  • After 10 mints remove the lid and grounded paste, tamarind juice ,green chilli paste,garam masala powder,and add little bit water close the lid boil for 15 minits.
  • Now add jagrry, coriander leaves boil it for 5 mints.
