Mutton Curry

Ingredients:

  • Mutton : 1/2 kg
  • Onions : 2 big size
  • Pappy seeds powder : 1 table spoon
  • Dry coconut powder : 1 table spoon
  • Cinnamon stick : 2
  • Elaichi : 3
  • Cloves : 3
  • Shah jeera : 1 spoon
  • Tomato : 3 medium size
  • Oil 2 table spoon
  • Coriander 1 cup
  • Garam masala,make powder:
  • Cloves : 6
  • Cinnamon stick : 4
  • Elaichi : 6
  • Shah jeera : 1 spoon
marination
  • Curd/yogurt: 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 1/2 spoon
  • Red chilli powder : 1 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder : 1 small spoon
  • Coriander powder : 1 spoon
  • Salt : to taste
  • Water : 6 lits

Preparation:

  • First part is marinated mutton before 1 hour.
  • Procedure for marinated mutton, in a bowl combine the yogurt,redchilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder until well mixed. Then put mutton and apply this marinated.
  • In a pressure cooker heat the oil on a medium flame,and add cinnamon stick,shah jeera,elachi fry 2 mints and add onions pieces fry the onions till golden brown,add the marinated mutton and spread out over the vessel. Cook on high for 2 mts. add some of water close the lid of the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 6 whistles and then off the gas.
