Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards 2013

The 11th Pravasi Bhartiya Divas 2013 held in Kochi. The theme of the 10th edition of the annual event was “Global Indian – Inclusive Growth”.
The first Pravasi Bharatiya Divas was held in New Delhi in 2003.
The Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Conventions have been held annually since 2003, and the PBSA is the highest honor given to Indians living abroad.
It is given to non-resident Indians (NRIs), people of Indian origin (PIOs), or organizations or institutions founded and managed by NRIs or PIOs in honor of their exceptional accomplishments both domestically and internationally.
A gold medallion, a citation, a small version of the medallion in the form of a lapel pin, and a bilingual Sanad (certificate) are all included in the award.
