Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel services within 24 hours of payment if the project has not commenced.

Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a cancellation fee based on work completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if the cancellation request is approved before work has started.

If partial work has been completed, a proportionate refund may be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for completed services or downloadable products.
