Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken : 1400 gms
- Thick Curd/yogurt : 1 cup
- RedChilli Powder : 2 TableSpoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 1/2 TeaSpoon
- Food Colour : చిటికెడు
- Salt : 2 TeaSpoon
- Tandoori Chicken Masala :1 1/2 TableSpoon
- Ghee : 25 gms
- Chili Paste :1 TableSpoon
- Lemon juice : 2
Preparation:
- First part is marinated chicken before 6 hours.
- Procedure for marinated chicken ,in a bowl combine the yogurt,redchilli powder, ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,salt, tandoori chicken masala ,lemon juice until well mixed. Then put chicken and apply this marinated.
- After 6 hours take tandoori machine apply ghee in side and Place the marinated chicken on a rack in a roasting pan and fry both sides,and cook, turning once, 25 to 30 minutes .
