In a presser cooker take tomato pieces add 1 cup of water close the lid of the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 1 whistles and then off the gas.
Boiled tomato’s grind them to paste.
Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera,red chilli,garlic,curry leaves,coriander,turmeric cook for 2minitues and add tomato paste,salt,and suger cook for 15 minits turn off the gas.garnish with coriander leaves.
