Undrallu
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice Rava/Akki Thiri/Biyyapu Ravva/Arisi Ravai
- 2.five cups Water
- 1.five teaspoon Cumin Seeds/Jeera
- 2 tablespoon Chana Dal
- Salt as needed
- three teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ghee optional
Instructions
In a small strain cooker, warmth oil and ghee. Splutter jeera/cumin seeds. Pour the water and set the flame on medium. Add washed and tired chana dal. Once the water involves a rolling boil, lessen the flame and upload salt as needed. Mix well. Next upload the rice rava and supply it an excellent stir. Pressure prepare dinner dinner on low flame for 1 whistle or 10-15 mins (Even if there’s no whistle sound, transfer off the flame). Let it take a seat down for 10-15 mins.
