Description
The American Telugu Association (ATA) will organise its 17th Conference and Youth Convention to be held in Washington from July 1-3. More than 15,000 participants from 50 states of the US will participate in the meet.
Several leaders from different political parties in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been extended an invitation to participate in the conference. Representatives of ATA also met AP chief minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and invited him for the conference. Politicians from Telangana who have been so far been extended an invitation include MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla and panchayat raj minister E Dayakar Rao and agriculture minister S Niranjan Reddy, Nizamabad MP D Arvind, former MP A P Jithender Reddy, BJP state president Bandi Sanjay and Union minister G Kishan Reddy.
