Since 2016, she has been an integral part of the engineering team at the hotel chain, most recently holding the position of senior director.
At Choice Hotels International, Sireesha Kunduri has been elevated to the position of vice president of engineering for distribution and revenue management. She will be in charge of “overseeing the delivery and success of the company’s distribution and revenue management platforms,” per a press release from the hotel chain. She will also be “heavily involved in the company’s machine learning and artificial intelligence investments and cloud migration efforts, all of which are aimed at building the best technology platform in the world for franchisees.”
Since 2016, Kunduri has played a significant role in Choice’s engineering team, most recently holding the position of senior director of engineering. Chief Technology Officer Brian Kirkland said that she was “essential to last year’s successful launch of choiceEDGE, the largest technology project in company history.” She is results-oriented, and I have no doubt that Choice and our owners will continue to benefit from her vast experience meeting cross-functional business needs in the short- and long-term.”
Prior to joining Choice, Kunduri was a director of software development at GoDaddy, where she was in charge of the company’s internal ticketing system, proprietary call centre apps, and website. She graduated from the University of Houston with a master’s degree in computer science and Andhra University with a bachelor’s degree.
